Rumoured iPhone 12 : What we know so far?

Well now we are just few months away launch of a new iPhone 12, so here’s almost all information we have on it

So what we have is a boxier shape just like iPhone 5s, back remains just like iPhone 11/11 pro so combined it looks premium and handy at same time and the base model which is 5.4 inch has even smaller footprint than iPhone SE 2020. Lidar sensor in iPad pro and leaks of apple glasses suggest that apple is very keen on AR, hence we may see a lidar sensor in the camera bump and this is what the leaks suggest. What we also know that there’s support for 5g (maybe for all or maybe only for pro models) and only the pro max model will have support for millimeter wave technology. Finally we have A-14 bionic running the show, Apple has never failed us on that one so expecting this one to be better than snapdragon 865 is not wrong. Now we have some bad news as well, Apple’s not going to ship iphone charger in the box. This even kind of makes sense because most of the people who were going to buy iphone are already in the ecosystem, so they’d already be having an iPhone charger and this even reduces the e-waste.

What we want

After a ton of leaks we don’t  know how’s the front going to look, will it look like the old iPhone X? or something new? But if the design does not change it’s going to look really bad, so let’s hope for a better design. Let’s talk about USB type-C, well if Apple wants to add a USB type-C port this might be their best chance because the iPad and Macbook owners already have a type-C charger and if you come from android there’s 100 percent chance that you have one. About the screen refresh rate we expect 120 Hz but we all know that’s not going to happen this year. Well, last thing we want would be touch id back. If Apple manages to add an in-display fingerprint reader, that would be a great step because it has existed in android for more than 2 to 3 years now.
